This is a great opportunity to help grow a company regularly recognized as a Rochester Top 100 business while growing your own skills as well. Your primary responsibility is helping us continue to grow our e-commerce sales. We have some great new products and accessories to offer a large and loyal customer base.

Responsibilities

:

• Confirm and process inbound opportunities: Our customers share online carts with us. You will review them, confirm details with the customer, and enter the orders.
• Educate customers on our website: You will host webcasts / Zooms for groups or individual customers to demonstrate our website and encourage them to use it to place orders.
• Renew loyalty program memberships: You will reach out to customers with expiring loyalty program memberships via email and phone and encourage them to renew the memberships.
• Proactively reach out to customers: Using our CRM system, email, and phone you will reach out to customers to encourage them to purchase our e-commerce products. Skills / Background You Need:
• Hardworking come ready to work 8-5 every day, get the job done, and find ways to add value
• Track record of seeing things through we are flexible on how you demonstrate this; perhaps you have a college degree, or work experience without job hopping, or good examples of projects or activities you dedicated yourself to
• Ability to pick up computer software and apps quickly
• Ability to efficiently communicate via email and navigate the web
• A desire to win while helping others
• Comfortable communicating on the phone and in person Skills We Will Help You Develop(if you don't already have them):
