As a Regional Sales Director , understanding the role people play in propelling our business forward shapes our sales strategy. Prospective customers need to know that behind every service, small or large, stands a team of individuals who are equally as passionate at keeping millions of people safe as they are at making the customer service experience seamless. * Your Path to Success will be measured in these following ways: * Strategic Leadership and Team Development * Define and oversee strategic sales goals, territory assignments, KPIs, and organizational sales structure to drive revenue growth and market expansion. * Lead and mentor the sales team through regular one-on-one development sessions, focused not just on metrics but on strategic skills and career progression. * Conduct in-depth performance evaluations semi-annually, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks at the individual and team levels. * Build a coaching culture that enhances key sales competencies, including consultative selling, complex negotiations, and strategic prospecting. * Address underperformance swiftly and decisively, while cultivating a high-performance sales culture rooted in accountability, results, and continuous improvement. * Ensure the scalability of the sales process to support year-over-year revenue growth without a proportional increase in headcount. * Optimize and enforce the consistent use of sales technologies (CRM, prospecting tools, automation) to drive insights, efficiency, and predictability. * Develop and deliver a comprehensive sales enablement program, including internal and external training resources aligned with business goals (quarterly cadence). * Facilitate highly focused, strategic sales meetings to foster alignment, share best practices, and reinforce company objectives. * Promote team cohesion and morale through intentional team-building initiatives, both onsite and offsite. * Lead full-cycle recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and development for top-tier sales talent to strengthen bench strength and succession planning. Customer Experience and Strategic Account Management * Maintain a deep pulse on customer needs, pain points, and emerging challenges; collaborate cross-functionally with Strategic Account Managers (SAMs) and Operations to ensure a differentiated, customer-first approach. * Act as an executive escalation point for strategic client relationships and major service challenges, balancing advocacy for the customer with business needs. * Provide oversight and strategic input on complex or customized pricing initiatives, ensuring they align with profitability targets and long-term customer success. * Personally lead negotiation strategies and execution on large, high-value, or complex opportunities that materially impact company growth.
