Overview

: We are currently seeking skilled Sales & Construction Estimating Representatives to join our expanding team in Greeley, CO. In this role, you will develop competitive estimates for metal and roofing projects, maintain relationships with clients, and help drive business growth. Key

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in sales and estimating within the construction industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in estimating software and standard computer applications.
• Strong time management and prospecting abilities.
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and committed to success.
• Willingness to travel within Colorado and neighboring states.
• Clean driving record.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Develop accurate, competitive estimates for commercial roofing and metal construction projects.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
• Attend pre-bid meetings, conduct site visits, and manage project budgets.
• Maintain and grow relationships with new and existing clients.

Benefits

• Competitive salary: $75,000 - $150,000 + /year, (Combined Base Salary plus uncapped performance-based bonuses)
