Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Baltimore is hiring salespeople. No experience necessary! We will train. $100,000+ per year based on experience and performance with advancement opportunities! Job Description: * Understands automobiles by studying features, capabilities, warranties, services, current offers, and specials * Work with Product Specialists to receive leads * Following up on all leads from a variety of sources * Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with customers; suggesting trade-ins; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions * Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport * Updates job knowledge by participating in continuing education opportunities and training * Maintaines a strong base knowledge of all vehicle's makes and models * Other duties as assigned Requirements * Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday * Friendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections & negotiating pricing * Strong customer service, communication skills, computer and basic math skills * Drivers license and clean driving record * Bi Lingual Spanish speaking is helpful Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: * Baltimore, MD 21224 (Required) Work Location: In person
