Salary: $50k - 70k per year Reference: JOB-1007 Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: Washington, DC Metro Area Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time Job Summary:Dynamic Staffing Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the Washington, DC metro area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with strong interpersonal skills and a strategic mindset. This role will focus on expanding our client base, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth. You must have experience in the staffing industry. We are looking for someone who has vast knowledge of the staffing industry and can make an immediate impact generating new business in the following industries: healthcare, IT, light industrial, administrative/clerical, call centers, customer service, educational support, hospitality and financial services. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's client base.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.- Create and execute campaigns that drive business growth.- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business deals.- Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management.- Attend industry events to represent the company and build a professional network. Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.- Strong understanding of the Washington, DC metro area market and industry landscape.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to travel within the DMV region.
