• Execute regional sales strategies that hit and exceed revenue targets.
• Hold regular one-on-one check-ins to provide performance feedback, address gaps, and support professional growth.
• Help build a team of other sales managers 2. Distributor Partner Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Distributor Partners (DPs).
• Execute all aspects of the annual sales plan through the distributor network, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with DPs to drive key metrics and revenue goals.
• Develop benchmarking systems, establish clear expectations, and recommend strategic improvements to optimize distributor performance. 3. Strategic Market Development:
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales efforts align with broader company objectives.
• Oversee distributor orders, inventory management, and forecasting to meet revenue and market needs.
• Achieve sales goals across On-Premise, Off-Premise, Chain, and Independent markets, ensuring success in areas such as INBI, programming, ABP KPIs, and more.
