We pride ourselves on fostering professional development and delivering real results for major clients like AT&T. Position Summary We are currently hiring for our Sales Manager in Training program. This full- time, in-person role is designed to provide hands-on experience in sales, retail marketing, recruiting, and team management. Candidates will work closely with a team and receive structured leadership development to prepare for potential advancement into management roles. This is not a remote, not door-to-door, and not commission-only position. Responsibilities Attend in-person training meetings at our Columbia, MD office three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) Travel locally to assigned retail store locations to conduct in-person marketing campaigns Lead and manage a team of retail sales representatives Promote AT&T wireless services to customers Oversee team performance and provide on-site coaching Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process Maintain weekly communication with clients to ensure campaign expectations are met Participate in ongoing training and leadership development Requirements High school diploma or GED Must be 18 years or older Must be able to commute to Columbia, MD for in-person training Must be able to travel locally to retail locations in MD, D.C., and Northern VA Experience in sales, retail, customer service, or team leadership is preferred Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Benefits Paid training with ongoing mentorship Clear career advancement path into leadership and management roles Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company matching Gym membership reimbursement Opportunities for national and international travel Supportive team culture and professional development How to Apply Submit your resume and a brief cover letter.
