Here at Central Florida Solutions, we are known for partnering with leading global telecommunication companies, and due to our recent expansion into new markets in the Florida region, we are searching for a Client Account Manager to join our team! As a Client Account Manager, you'll act as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring all their needs are satisfied while going above the expectations set. We believe in encouraging talent to learn by providing the tools, training, and mentorship needed to excel in sales and overall customer experience. We aim to have you collaborate daily with our sales and Client Account Manager teams to develop unique strategies that deliver favorable results. What You 'll Do As A Client Account Manager: * Engage with customers to drive new sales for telecommunications and technology products and ensure excellent customer service * Educate consumers on promotions, products, and brand benefits that best fit their needs * Record and analyze consumer engagements to enhance & improve the sales delivery process * Work with the sales and management team to strategize on how to grow and improve consumer acquisition by utilizing negotiation and upselling techniques * Learn leadership skills through hands-on training and mentorship * Attend daily training sessions with the Client Account Manager team to develop sales, negotiation, and leadership skills with senior leaders * Collaborate with fellow Client Account Managers to understand market trends & changes in consumer interactions Qualifications For a Client Account Manager: * A bachelor's degree is highly desirable but not required * 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing, account management, or similar field is required * Leadership, management, or sales experience is a plus but not required * A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred * Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including customers, clients, and Client Account Manager teammates * Reliable transportation with the ability to commute to our office * A desire to grow, take on challenges, and step into leadership roles in the future Job Type: Full-time Pay: $64,903.00 - $68,741.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Vision insurance Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
