Responsibilities include : * Send initial text to fresh leads and assign them to a sales person * Monitor same day leads constantly for response and salesperson action and check on sales overdue task * Following up on previous day internal leads and review * Composing professional emails to customers * Updating guest contact information on each call * Check and clean Manager's review list * Other Duties as Assigned Qualifications: * Experience with E-Leads a plus, but not required * Computer skills * Ability to multi-task * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Experience in the automotive industry a plus, but not required * High School Diploma or GED required * Willing to submit to a prescreen background check and drug screen We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
