What We Offer: * Opportunity to join an organization poised for significant growth * Reputation as a respected and expanding entity * Contribution to local community initiatives * Positive and rewarding team culture * Support, training, and mentorship from seasoned professionals * Collaborative and social team environment * Provided fuel card, phone, and laptop * Competitive commission structure Key Duties & Responsibilities: * Achieve or exceed revenue and sales targets * Execute marketing strategies via direct outside sales efforts * Collaborate closely with estimators and project managers to monitor project progress * Report on account activities to senior management * Maintain a comprehensive CRM database of client contacts and pertinent information * Engage with clients through phone, email, and in-person meetings * Develop and deliver marketing presentations alongside field professionals and senior management * Coordinate marketing events such as trade shows, golf tournaments, and lunch and learn sessions * Conduct market research and compile insightful reports * Manage inventory of promotional materials in coordination with the Corporate Marketing Department * Maintain a calendar of marketing events, presentations, and board meetings * Fulfill additional duties as assigned by Branch Manager and Senior Management Key Selection Criteria: * Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) * Strong organizational and writing skills * Effective decision-making and negotiation abilities * Capacity to build and sustain client relationships * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Superior time management and attention to detail * Positive and proactive demeanor * Ability to manage competing priorities and dynamic workloads * Possess a good driving record and/or insurable driving record * Comfortable with cold calling * Collaborative spirit and team-oriented approach Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
