RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide excellent customer service and clienteling standards on a daily basis * Work positively in a team environment to help meet store goals on a daily and monthly basis * Maintain store and brand visual standards * Support store operations by accurately and efficiently completing daily tasks * Accurately utilize the POS system when in a fast paced environment * Adhere to the company standards and uphold the brand integrity on a daily basis * Take great pride in the professional quality of work * Dress appropriately and be well groomed for every shift * Report to work in a timely manner MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * Ability to efficiently communicate with customers in a positive manner, that delivers outstanding service to all customers * Excellent communication and teamwork skills * Ability to expand our client relationships and maintain customer loyalty * Proficient on sales register and/or computer system * Willing and able to work evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts COMPENSATION * $14+/HR (based on experience) + Team Monthly Commission (avg. additional $6-$10/HR) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $14.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week Benefits: * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Shift: * 4 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift * Morning shift Work Location: In person
