Full description of the position

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to lead and expand our business in the field of semiconductor technologies, specifically in ASIC design. This role requires a strategic sales leader with extensive industry connections and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have at least 3+ years of experience in semiconductor engineering services and 10-15 years of experience in the semiconductor industry at a Senior Manager or Director level. Primary Responsibilities: * Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue growth in semiconductor services, with a specific focus on ASIC design. * Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key clients, OEMs, and semiconductor companies. * Lead and guide a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with business goals. * Engage with customers, build strong relationships, and provide technical sales support to close significant deals. * Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and product teams to align business strategies. * Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities. * Manage sales forecasting, pipeline development, and revenue targets using a data-driven approach. Qualifications & Experience: * 10-20 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry , particularly in ASIC design. * At least 2 years of experience in semiconductor services (design services, IP, or similar consulting). * Demonstrated sales leadership experience at a Senior Manager or Director level. * Deep understanding of ASIC design cycles, semiconductor manufacturing, and supply chain. * Strong network within the semiconductor industry, including OEMs, fabless companies, and IP providers. * Ability to navigate complex, technical B2B sales cycles involving high-value deals. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. * Willingness to relocate to the Bay Area if not already residing there.
