Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic in-person sales plans to achieve company objectives. * Engage in warm calling to establish connections with potential clients and nurture existing relationships. * Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. * Utilize Salesforce to manage client interactions, track sales progress, and analyze performance metrics. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. * Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Provide leadership within the sales team by mentoring junior members and sharing best practices. * Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing our offerings.
