As a Home Consultant with Clayton, you will be creating a world class home buying experience by assisting customers in identifying a floor plan, selecting options, and coordinating the construction process. Today we build, sell, finance, and insure our homes from coast to coast. *What You 'll Be Doing: You will be responsible for engaging with the customer and guiding them through the home buying experience by: * Marketing and prospecting through various platforms * Following up with leads to schedule appointments * Presenting product and design options * Assessing customers financial qualifications * Guiding customers through financing options and processes * Educating customers through the construction process When You 'll Be Doing It: * 5-day work week, Saturdays required * Closed on Sundays, one day off during the week Compensation: * You will receive a base salary of $50,000 * Lucrative commission plan and incentive opportunities * Additional per unit bonus opportunities * Quarterly Teamshare bonus opportunity Training: As a Home Consultant you will go through a 5-week training program focused on product knowledge, terminology, technology, and other Clayton processes. You will receive continuous training opportunities focused on our sales process, how to structure a deal, and the construction phase.
