TRAINING CLASS: MAY 13 - 16, 2025 What You 'll Do: * Work with existing accounts to enroll employees in voluntary benefit programs. * Conduct sales consultations with individuals and small groups to present customized insurance solutions. * Utilize leads from current accounts--no cold calling required! * Participate in an intense one-week training program to prepare for pre-licensing and sales success. * Spend time in the office completing coursework and practicing outreach calls. * Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring their benefit needs are met.
