Responsibilities * Successfully finish the PLACE Launch program. * Build and nurture robust client relationships by comprehending their unique real estate requirements and guiding them through the process of buying, selling, or leasing. * Utilize our proven models, systems, and tools to market properties efficiently, maximizing exposure and attracting prospective buyers or tenants. * Conduct thorough property evaluations and market analysis to provide clients with accurate pricing and market information. * Collaborate and engage with other agents, brokers, and industry professionals to expand your network and enhance your real estate knowledge. Qualifications * You possess a natural drive for sales and a competitive edge. * Skilled in building relationships, attentive to others' needs, and adept at finding solutions. * Excels in prospecting and generating leads. * Naturally adept at handling objections. * Strong communicator with a dedication to service excellence. * Capable of collaborating effectively with others. * A true team player. * Must hold a real estate license in Washington State or in Real Estate school to join our team. * Preferably 1-3+ years of sales experience (New to the field?
