Job Overview Floortek Concrete Coatings is looking for driven, self-motivated sales professionals who thrive in a performance-based environment. As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners, deliver dynamic in-home presentations, and close high-ticket deals on the spot. We are a fast-growing brand in the booming home improvement industry, and we're building a team of winners who want to control their income and career trajectory. *We provide the leads - you close the deals. No cold calling. No door- knocking. Responsibilities * Meet with pre-set appointments daily (leads provided by Floortek) * Conduct professional in-home presentations (approx. 45 minutes) * Educate homeowners about our premium floor coating systems * One-call close: secure the sale the same day * Update CRM notes and manage pipeline efficiently * Hit or exceed monthly sales targets Requirements * 2+ years of proven success in outside/in-home sales (Roofing, Windows, HVAC, Solar, Flooring, etc.) * Strong closer with a One-Call Close mentality * High energy, professional demeanor, and strong communication skills * Self-driven and highly competitive -- you love to win * Tech-savvy: comfortable using iPads, CRMs, and email * Willingness to travel within your local territory Join us as we drive growth through innovation and exceptional customer service!
