Do you love talking to people, solving problems, and getting paid for it? We're looking for an Insurance Superhero who can both sell insurance like a pro and provide customer service that'll make clients feel like they just won the lottery. You'll be part of a dynamic and talented team, helping clients get the coverage they need while keeping them happy and worry-free. Basically, you'll be the ultimate combination of insurance guru and customer care champion. What You 'll Do:

• Sell insurance : Talk to potential clients, understand their needs, and sell them the right coverage.
• Provide customer service : Answer client questions, solve problems, and basically make them think, "Wow, I'm so glad I called today."
• Be an admin wizard : Manage client proposals and policies, document interactions, and follow-up with prospective clients--because even superheroes need to be organized.
• Hit sales goals : We love it when you make a sale, and you'll love the commission that comes with it.
• Juggle : Handle new clients, some current clients, and inbound sales calls all at once - (don't worry, you're a SUPERHERO and you'll have all the support you need) What You Need:
• A valid Colorado insurance license : (or the ability to obtain one, because we're not running a pirate ship here). - We'll even help you with the costs associated!
• The ability to pass a background check: Again, we're not running a pirate ship here.
• Availability Monday - Friday Approx. 8:30am - 5:30pm: We are open to hiring a part-time superheroes as well!
• A personality type that thrives in a fast-paced environment
• People skills : If you can talk to anyone, you're halfway there.
• Attention to detail : You won't miss an opportunity or forget to follow-up.
• Experience : NOT REQUIRED , but... If you've sold insurance or worked in customer service before, you're a step ahead! If you have Superhero experience, you're two steps ahead. Why You 'll Love It Here:
