Inside/Outside Sales Summary We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Inside/Outside Sales Representative to identify new business opportunities, maintain strong client relationships, and drive sales growth. This role involves a mix of inside- office-based sales and outside territory visits to existing and prospective customers. Essential Functions * Communication. Responsibilities * Respond to inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries with product information, pricing, and availability. * Prepare and follow up on quotes, sales orders, and customer inquiries. * Maintain CRM records and ensure customer data is accurate and up to date. * Assist with order processing, warranty claims, and product returns. * Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries. * Conduct regular visits to existing customers to build rapport and identify needs. * Prospect and cold call to acquire new customers within assigned territory. * Provide onsite product support, deliver marketing materials, and gather feedback. * Attend trade shows, truck events, or fleet maintenance expos as a company representative. Qualifications * 2+ years of sales experience (inside or outside); truck parts or automotive experience preferred. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Self-motivated with the ability to manage a flexible schedule. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks effectively. * Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
