We are passionate about delivering science-backed solutions to dental professionals and consumers alike. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an energetic and results- driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Position Overview: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by engaging with warm leads, onboarding and training new customers, and nurturing long-term relationships to build and expand a strong account base. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who excels at communication, relationship-building, and consultative sales. Key Responsibilities: * Proactively reach out to warm leads provided by marketing, inbound inquiries or word of mouth referrals. * Educate potential and existing customers on the benefits of PerioSciences products. * Conduct virtual training sessions for dental professionals and staff. * Develop and manage a pipeline of dental practices and professional accounts. * Follow up on customer activity, provide support, and ensure high levels of satisfaction. * Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. * Maintain accurate records in HubSpot. * Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams across all divisions of the organization to align outreach efforts. Qualifications : * 2+ years of inside sales or account management experience, preferably in the dental, medical, or health product industry. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to explain complex products in an engaging and simplified manner. * Comfortable conducting video calls and online training. * Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. * CRM proficiency and experience with digital sales tools. * Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
