Policy Development: Assist in designing insurance plans that align with client goals and provide comprehensive coverage. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Cross-Selling: Proactively identify opportunities to offer additional insurance products that complement existing client portfolios. Continuous Education: Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and product updates to provide informed advice. Requirements Licensing: Must possess a valid WA Property & Casualty License. Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly recommended. Communication Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Customer Focused: Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
