Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Roofing Sales and demonstrate exceptional skills in upselling and account management. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to fit their needs. As a Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building lasting relationships with clients. Our comp plan is the highest in the area with no cap on commissions. Duties * Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products or services. * Conduct upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions. * Manage accounts by maintaining relationships with existing clients and identifying new business prospects. * Perform inside sales activities, including cold calling potential clients to generate interest in our offerings. * Negotiate terms of sale to achieve favorable outcomes for both the company and the customer. * Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing market share and improving customer satisfaction. Qualifications * Proven experience in roofing sales or related fields is preferred. * Strong skills in upselling, account management, and direct sales techniques. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is an advantage. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. * Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships. * Experience in retail sales or cold calling is desirable. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to meet or exceed sales targets.
