• Engage with customers, educate them on top-brand products , and create a positive experience.
• Resolve customer inquiries & concerns while ensuring exceptional service.
• Drive sales & brand awareness by ensuring your team meets and exceeds goals.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the team , maintaining strong business relationships.
