What You will Do * Make outbound connections daily (calls, emails, texts, LinkedIn chats). * Engage prospects, uncover their business needs, and show how Fikes can help. * Book qualified sales meetings per day and build a healthy pipeline. * Maintain high engagement with creative, persistent follow-up. * Collaborate with Sales and RSR teams to crush monthly quotas. * Help improve our processes, sales strategies, and customer experience. What We're Looking For * A go-getter with grit, hustle, and a competitive spirit. * Excellent phone, listening, and writing skills. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Passion for learning, personal growth, and being better every day. * Coachable, adaptable, and always looking for solutions. * Past SDR or outbound sales experience preferred (not required). * CRM experience preferred but not required.
