Are you a person that thrives on connection with others? Integrated Medical Transport is a Non-Emergent Medical Transportation (NEMT) company that has locations across the state of PA. As an Account Manager, you will be tasked with establishing, improving and maintaining positive relationships with our customers through the following activities. Responsibilities: * As an expert in IMT's customer portal and processes, assist customers with any training, questions or problem resolution that may be required. * Provide customer engagement to current IMT customers through on-site visits and electronic communications. * Execute marketing activities for potential new customers including drop-offs, follow ups and cold calling. * Create monthly customer specific reporting, distribute and promote results. * Complete other marketing duties as assigned. Qualifications: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. * Comfort with Excel and the ability to quickly learn IMT's reservation/dispatch software. * Bachelor's degree * Willing to travel, including overnights. Position requires 60% travel. Vehicle and gas provided.
