The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. * Respond to inquiries regarding insurance products and services in both English and Spanish. * Schedule appointments and manage the agency's calendar efficiently. * Process customer transactions and maintain accurate records. * Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery. * Provide administrative support, including data entry and filing. * Assist with marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts.
