Job Summary Here at Pineapple Homes with talk Realty we are a top producing team that is lead by one of the top brokers in the country. We offer a ton of support and training for new agents, as well as consistent lead flow and advancement for more established agents. Our office is a pet friendly team environment located conveniently in Manoa and we are looking to add a few more driven agents to our team. Not licensed? That's ok, we can help you get started. People who do well in this role typically have a service or sales background. Responsibilities - Conduct property showings and open houses - Develop and maintain relationships with clients, potential buyers, and other real estate professionals. - Market and promote properties using various tools and platforms. - Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and local regulations - Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood - Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience - Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume - Meet with clients to determine their home wish list, then Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus. - Valid real estate license in the state of Hawaii or the willingness to obtain one - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated with a desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment. - Basic understanding of real estate principles and practices is helpful but not required. - Ability to learn new technologies - Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license - Licensed as Hawaii realtor, enrolled in pre-licensing class or about to enroll Benefits - Ability to work remotely and from team office - Collaborative team environment - Free in house marketing, social media management and photographer - Consistent support, trainings and coachings lead by top producer - High-level, proven strategic methods and tools for generating clients - Exclusive leads - Concierge-style administrative support from appointment to close - Team events - Professional branding - Health insurance talk Realty is an Equal Opportunity Employer Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship Pay: $104,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Professional development assistance Application Question(s): * Which island do you live on?
