Moni Honolulu, the "Tan Kewpie" Shop is looking to hire Sales Associates to join our Moni Team. Job Description * Provide the best possible shopping experience for all guests. * Meet and/or exceed sales targets * Standard opening and closing procedures. * Maintaining store standards and participate in merchandising of new product. * Maintaining/Enhancing current customer relationships. All retail employees at Moni Honolulu team members are responsible for: * Driving top line store sales results and growing the business through action and productivity * Creating customer awareness of programs and promotions available to them to build customer loyalty, when applicable * Preparing for each shift by maintaining awareness of all sales, promotions, and applicable POS procedures * Taking initiative to recover and replenish merchandise, so it is available to sell * Assisting in housekeeping of sales floor and communicating maintenance issues * Keeping an awareness of, and building personal capability in, loss prevention * Supporting all activities related to providing a safe working environment * Understanding and demonstrating Company values Experience: * High School diploma or equivalent * 1-2 years retail experience and/or customer service * Japanese speaker is a plus (not required) Compensation: - Flexible schedule - Fantastic employee discount - Paid parking Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $17.00 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount Shift: * Day shift * Evening shift Work Location: In person
