Job Title: Sales Representative Location: Colorado Springs Reports to: Sales Manager Position Type: Full-Time Compensation: Hourly + Commission Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, driving revenue growth, and promoting our services to prospective customers. Key Responsibilities: * Sales Prospecting: Identify and target new business opportunities through cold calling (80 calls daily minimum), networking, referrals, and research. * Customer Engagement: Qualify prospects and conduct product presentations, and sales meetings to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. * Lead Generation & Follow-up: Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline, following up consistently and converting leads into paying customers. * Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's services, industry trends, and competitors to effectively sell and position solutions to clients. * Sales Goals: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs, including, revenue generation, new customer acquisition, and retention. * Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service, addressing customer needs, and ensuring satisfaction. * Negotiation & Closing: Present pricing, negotiate bids, and close sales deals with clients. * Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in CRM software. * Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure the seamless execution of the sales process and customer experience. Requirements: * Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in sales.
