Overview

: We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, driving revenue growth, and promoting our services to prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Sales Prospecting: Identify and target new business opportunities through cold calling (80 calls daily minimum), networking, referrals, and research.
• Customer Engagement: Qualify prospects and conduct product presentations, and sales meetings to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
• Lead Generation & Follow-up: Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline, following up consistently and converting leads into paying customers.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's services, industry trends, and competitors to effectively sell and position solutions to clients.
• Sales Goals: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs, including, revenue generation, new customer acquisition, and retention.
• Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service, addressing customer needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Negotiation & Closing: Present pricing, negotiate bids, and close sales deals with clients.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in CRM software.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure the seamless execution of the sales process and customer experience.

Requirements

:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in sales. Prior experience with B2B sales is a plus.
• Education: High School Diploma
• Skills: o Strong verbal and written communication skills. o Excellent negotiation and closing abilities. o Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. o Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. o Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed. o Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. o Time management and organizational skills. o Willingness to learn
