Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Insurance Specialist who specializes in tracking storms for Home Improvement Repairs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and sales, with the ability to analyze insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to negotiate effectively, and a thorough understanding of benefits administration and HIPAA regulations. Multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply. Duties * Monitor weather reports for expected severe conditions in particular areas in a region. * Collect or analyze valuable research and information about extreme weather patterns. * Sell products and services for Oaks Roofing and Siding and Graves Bros to Home Owners who have experienced storm damage. * Be up to date and knowledgeable about working with Homeowners Insurance companies and storm damage coverage. Requirements * Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Excellent analytical skills to assess client needs effectively. * Ability to negotiate terms confidently and professionally. * Experience in retail sales is advantageous. * Multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clientele. * Ability to travel within our vast territory and spend overnights is a must.
