Washman Car Wash is one of the premier car wash operations in the Pacific Northwest with multiple locations throughout Oregon and Washington. And we are continuing to grow our teams! At Washman Car Wash, we take pride in providing top-notch car wash services with excellent customer care. We are looking for a friendly and motivated individual to join our team as a Ride-Thru Car Wash Sales Cashier. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll ensure a seamless and positive experience for our customers while processing payments and offering the best service options. Job Responsibilities: * Greet customers as they arrive for service with a friendly, professional demeanor. * Process payments accurately, including cash, credit, and debit transactions. * Assist customers in selecting the appropriate car wash packages based on their needs and preferences. * Provide information on membership options, promotions, and loyalty programs. * Maintain a clean and organized cashier station and work area. * Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations. * Monitor car wash lanes and ensure timely processing of vehicles. * Handle customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a polite and efficient manner. * Adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and cleanliness standards. * Promote and sell additional services such as detailing, wax, and other add-ons. * Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager. Qualifications: * Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred. * Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a positive, professional manner. * Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and card transactions accurately. * Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. * Positive attitude, reliability, and punctuality. * Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. * Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
