What You 'll Be Doing As a Sales Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Managers while contributing to the hotel's exceptional service and profitability. Your responsibilities will include: * Providing administrative and clerical support, including word processing, typing, data entry, filing, emailing, faxing, copying, and handling mail. * Responding to guest requests promptly, professionally, and with a friendly demeanor. * Assisting with special projects and performing general office duties as needed. * Ensuring seamless communication and support for both the sales team and guests to drive outstanding experiences. What We 're Looking For Requirements * Basic reading, writing, and math skills. * Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays when needed. * Ability to: * Communicate effectively with guests and team members. * Stand for long periods and frequently use hands for tasks such as typing or handling tools. * Occasionally walk, sit, and reach with arms. * Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Education & Experience * Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * 1-2 years of related experience and/or training.
