Responsibilities: * Communication with customers along with proper follow up. * Accurately handle deals. * Build enriching customer relationships to enhance client satisfaction and drive the sales process. * Establish trust among customers, leading to a strong network of clientele and prospects. * Set a clear vision and goals for sales performance, demonstrating leadership. * Motivate and engage the team to achieve critical goals, performance expectations, and standard methodology processes. * Play an active role in day-to-day operations to drive business growth. * Follow the leadership sales process. * Training, certification and knowledge of all current vehicle products.
