Responsibilities

:

• Deliver the Ultimate Customer Experience : Assist customers in selecting cannabis products tailored to their needs, ensuring every interaction is educational, positive, and compliant.
• Own the Sales Floor : Lead daily sales efforts to drive higher Average Ticket Value (ATV) and Units Per Transaction (UPT) through confident product recommendations and upselling.
• Sales Coaching and Mentorship : Help build team product knowledge and sales confidence. Coach in real time to elevate the customer experience and team results.
• Manager-on-Duty

Responsibilities

: Act as MOD during assigned shifts, authorized to oversee all dispensary functions in the General Manager's absence.

• Support Store Operations : Monitor shift activities, assign floor coverage, and ensure task completion with an emphasis on customer service and compliance.
• Assist with New Hire Training : Help onboard, train, and re-train employees to ensure Green Oasis standards are consistently met.
• Maintain a Pristine Store Environment : Ensure the store is clean, organized, and ready for customers at all times.
• Compliance Champion : Adhere strictly to OLCC regulations and Green Oasis Standard Operating Procedures.
• Sales Monitoring and Reporting : Assist management with tracking sales metrics, identifying opportunities, and implementing action plans to meet sales goals.
• Special Projects and Initiatives : Lead store-level projects and promotional initiatives (such as monthly sales games or new product launches) as assigned.

Qualifications

:

• Strong product knowledge or willingness to become a cannabis product expert.
• Comfortable working in a compliance-regulated retail environment.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Positive, professional demeanor and outstanding communication skills.
• Comfortable giving direction and coaching peers while remaining a team player.
• Ability to handle high-energy, fast-paced environments with grace and focus.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• Must be 21+ and hold or obtain a valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit. What Green Oasis Offers:
