Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Service Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales for our HVAC service, maintenance, and repair solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales and a strong understanding of commercial and industrial HVAC systems. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including facility managers, building owners, and property managers. * Conduct site visits and assess client HVAC needs to recommend appropriate service agreements and solutions. * Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and service agreements to potential clients. * Collaborate with the service and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of contracts and service delivery. * Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings. Qualifications & Skills: * Proven experience in outside sales , preferably in HVAC, mechanical services, or a related industry. * Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial HVAC systems and services. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development. * Ability to build long-term relationships and provide outstanding customer service. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as required.
