At Tiger Claw , we're a trusted name in martial arts equipment -- known as The Master 's Choice for Martial Arts Gear, we serve martial arts schools, retailers, and organizations across the country. We're looking for a friendly, motivated Sales Representative to help us grow and support our wholesale accounts with top-notch service and product knowledge. What You 'll Do You'll be the connection between Tiger Claw and our wholesale customers -- martial arts schools, health clubs, and retail shops -- helping them find the gear they need and keeping their experience smooth and positive.

• Build Relationships: Connect with clients through phone, email, and online orders. Become a reliable and trusted resource.
• Support & Advise: Recommend the right products based on each client's needs and help them get the most out of what we offer.
• Grow Accounts: Share new products and offers that align with their business goals -- occasionally at events or in person.
• Stay Organized: Handle multiple accounts, follow up on orders, and ensure a seamless experience from start to finish. What We 're Looking For
• 1 -2 years of experience in sales or customer service. Martial arts experience or interest is a plus!
• Strong communication skills -- you're confident, clear, and helpful.
• Self-starter with good judgment and a reliable work ethic.
• Friendly and customer-focused -- you enjoy building rapport and solving problems.
• Able to stay on top of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with basic tech (Microsoft Office, internet, etc.). What You 'll Get
• Pay: $19.00-$22.00/hour depending on experience, with potential for overtime.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday (40 hours/week).
