Responsibilities: * Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing guidance throughout the process. * Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, market trends, and local real estate laws. * Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. * Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms. * Prepare property listings, advertisements, and promotional materials to attract potential buyers or renters. * Organize open houses and property showings to showcase available properties. * Provide administrative support by managing paperwork, contracts, and transaction details efficiently. * Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to enhance service delivery.
