Position Overview: Brighter Day Services is expanding! We are seeking motivated, commission-based independent contractors to help grow our client base by securing new service contracts across residential, commercial, real estate, Airbnb, and property management sectors. As a Business Development Contractor, you will represent the Brighter Day Services brand professionally, build relationships, generate leads, and close contracts -- all on a flexible, performance-based earning structure. Responsibilities: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities. Target real estate professionals, property management companies, short-term rental hosts, offices, and construction firms. Represent Brighter Day Services at networking events, industry meetings, or by cold outreach. Present and explain our service offerings clearly and professionally. Close contracts and ensure proper documentation is completed for internal processing. Maintain ongoing communication with internal Brighter Day Services leadership regarding client leads, deals closed, and prospects. Requirements: Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Professional demeanor and commitment to brand integrity. Reliable transportation (for local travel and client meetings if needed). Basic tech skills (email, CRM entry, Teams/Zoom for internal updates). Compensation: 10% commission on the first 3 months' value of every new closed contract OR 10% of total closed contract value (structured per deal). Commission paid after first successful client payment clears. This is a commission-only 1099 independent contractor opportunity. There is no base salary or benefits. You control your earning potential!
