Property and Casualty Insurance Account Manager Olinde Group is looking for a motivated and professional individual to join our growing Insurance team! Duties of the account manager include interfacing with existing policy holders. This includes handling all tasks associated with obtaining, maintaining, expanding, and servicing existing accounts in accordance with all agency procedures and carrier guidelines. Support company growth by working with producers, management, and other personnel on special projects or duties as directed. The ideal candidate should have experience in the P&C industry. Responsibilities * Prepare and process client requests, including ID cards, evidence of property, certificates of insurance, and binders. * Mail policies and related documents to insureds as needed. * Keep Account Executives and/or Account Managers fully informed of all important activities on their accounts. * Prepare all change requests and review policies for accuracy. * Assist with new business and renewal proposals when needed Skills * Proven working experience in property and casualty insurance or relevant experience * Knowledge of commercial and personal insurance and products. * Basic computer Knowledge and statistical analysis * Proven ability to work with goals * Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Required * 1-2 years of experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance industry * High school diploma or equivalent education required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities Ability to Commute: * Baton Rouge, LA 70806 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Baton Rouge, LA 70806: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
