In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right vehicle to meet their needs. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and product knowledge. Duties * Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences. * Provide detailed information about vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricing. * Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities to potential buyers. * Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products and services. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. * Manage inventory control by keeping track of stock levels and vehicle availability. * Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure a smooth sales process. * Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals. * Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and new vehicle releases. Skills * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Proficient in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. * Excellent public speaking abilities for effective communication with customers and team members. * Knowledge of inventory control processes to manage stock effectively. * Experience in automotive sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided. * Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. * Experience in outbound sales can be beneficial for reaching potential customers.
