Your Day-to-Day Vibe): * Sell the magic: Proactively prospect, sell, and book events ranging from intimate dinners to grand galas, including social celebrations, corporate gatherings, and unique pop-ups. * Be the expert guide: Conduct site tours that dazzle, craft personalized proposals, and build relationships that turn first-timers into forever fans. * Design & detail: Partner with clients to bring their visions to life, from food & beverage menus to floorplans and timelines. * Be the heartbeat of execution: Oversee event details from the first call to final farewell, ensuring flawless service in collaboration with our Banquet, Culinary, and Ops teams. * Own the numbers: Meet or exceed monthly sales goals, track leads and pipeline activity, and contribute to team forecasting and strategy sessions. * Keep it organized: Manage contracts, BEOs, billing, deposits, and CRM activity * Be present: Greet VIPs, solve problems on the fly, and ensure every guest feels like they just had a legendary experience. Bonus Points If You Have: * 3+ years of sales experience in hotel, catering, or event venues. * Knowledge of Tripleseat, Stayntouch, Merri or other hospitality CRM/event tools. * Confidence navigating wine lists, room layouts, and rental lingo. * Familiarity with Seattle's local social scene, business community, or cultural landscape.
