Responsibilities: * Qualify prospects face to face within assigned sales territory and build a consistent pipeline to meet sales goals. * Educate potential customers in person about the benefits of solar energy and our products/services. * Conduct in-home consultations to assess the customer's energy needs and provide tailored solutions. * Close sales and achieve monthly targets to maximize commission earnings. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-installation follow-up. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product developments, and government incentives to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
