Vanguard is a growing customer acquisition and sales firm based in the St. Louis region, specializing in transforming customer acquisition strategies through engaging customer outreach initiatives. Our innovative approach is designed to increase brand engagement, foster authentic connections, and pave the way for long-term growth. With plans to double in size by the end of the year, we are looking to expand our team with an AT&T Sales Trainee to contribute to our ambitious goals. The AT&T Sales Trainee plays a vital role in supporting our expansion efforts by helping clients reach new customers and build a strong brand presence. You will work closely with fellow team members to implement direct sales strategies aimed at captivating and engaging potential customers, helping set the foundation for future success.. AT &T Sales Trainee Responsibilities: * Engage directly with business clients from small to mid-sized business customers to understand their communication needs and recommend AT&T business solutions. * Identify and research potential B2B clients through outreach, networking events, and referrals to build a robust pipeline. * Collaborate with team members to conduct customer outreach on behalf of our clients. * Use your personality and communication skills to effectively present and showcase our clients' products and services to prospective customers. * Ask insightful questions to understand the unique needs of each customer and provide tailored solutions. * Assist new customers through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. * Professionally address any customer inquiries or concerns, ensuring clarity and satisfaction. * Keep detailed records of all sales and enrollment data. AT &T Sales Trainee Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * No prior experience is required for this entry-level position, though experience in customer-facing roles is a plus. * Comfortable engaging with a wide range of people and groups of varying sizes. * Willingness to stand for extended periods of time. * Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to our office daily. * Full-time availability and readiness to start immediately. Compensation & Job Details: * Position Type: Full-Time * Earnings: Upon completion of training, pay is based on individual performance. * Please note the salary range listed is based upon target earnings with commission. * The average commission earned per week is $700. * Associates are paid a minimum of $70 per new customer they enroll into a service plan. Each Associate is expected to enroll a minimum of 10 new customers per week. * Schedule: Monday-Saturday (Approx. 40-50 hrs/week) * Job Locations: All employees will be required to attend daily meetings at our office prior to traveling to assigned local region (all assigned regions are within a 20-30 mile radius of our office * Clients & Products: Promote AT&T service products directly to local businesses Job Type: Full-time Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,000.00 per week Benefits: * Health insurance Shift: * Day shift Work Location: In person
