As an In-Home Retail Sales Consultant, you'll work directly with homeowners to help them discover how Marvin windows and doors can transform their living spaces. If you're passionate about building relationships, providing exceptional service, and selling top-quality products--all while enjoying unlimited earning potential--this is the role for you. Highlights of the Role: * Represent Mountain West Windows and Doors with professionalism, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. * Guide customers through our in-home sales process, including product demonstrations, proposal development, and contract completion. * Attend scheduled appointments with pre-qualified homeowners interested in replacing their windows or doors. * Build and maintain relationships with customers, fostering repeat business and referral opportunities.
