Your Role This position combines office time (5-10%) with field time (90-95%).When not focused on training and team support, you'll actively generate leads for the Sales Team in your own territory. You'll manage and grow a team of canvassers while directly contributing to company growth through door-to-door lead generation and appointment setting. Key Responsabilities: Lead, train, and support your local canvassing team both in-office and in the field. Canvass neighborhoods affected by storms, generating leads and setting appointments for free exterior inspections. Serve as the first point of contact for potential customers, confidently communicating our services and brand story. Recruit, onboard, and retain team members, helping them succeed in their roles. Use company-provided technology for communication, scheduling, and performance tracking. Submit payroll, expenses, and bonuses while maintaining accurate records. Collaborate with leadership to set team goals and optimize efficiency. Ensure a positive, engaging, and goal-focused environment. * What We 're Looking For: Self-Motivated: Driven to achieve and exceed goals. Leadership Skills: Experience managing, training, and retaining a team. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using technology, including apps and tablets, for daily operations. Outdoor Enthusiast: Able to work in outdoor environments for extended periods. Team Player: Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative settings. * Qualifications: Proven experience in team management of canvassers Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Accountability, consistency, and a results-driven attitude. * Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $60,000 base + uncapped bonuses (performance-based earning potential).
