This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage projects, foster relationships, and deliver impactful product demonstrations to various stakeholders. Responsibilities * Develop and implement program strategies that align with organizational goals. * Lead a team in executing program initiatives while ensuring high-quality standards. * Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members. * Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion. * Oversee direct sales efforts and territory management to maximize revenue potential. * Facilitate product demos to showcase technology solutions effectively. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance program offerings and address client needs. * Monitor program performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management. Experience * Proven experience in retail sales, technical sales, or technology sales is essential. * Strong background in business development with a track record of successful territory management. * Experience in direct sales with the ability to engage clients effectively. * Familiarity with software products and the ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
