• Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service with a smile.
• Build meaningful connections and help customers select the perfect piece--from custom bridal rings to everyday sparkle.
• Stay current on our extensive product selection and industry trends.
• Maintain a beautifully merchandised and welcoming showroom.
• Accurately process sales and support daily store operations.
• Participate in ongoing training and industry education. What We 're Looking For:
• Minimum of 2 years of customer-facing sales experience is required.
• A natural communicator who thrives on helping people and making connections.
• Positive, energetic, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work 30-40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• A passion for jewelry, design, or fashion is a plus--but we'll train the right person! Perks &

Compensation

:

• Hourly pay: $15 -$18 per hour PLUS uncapped commission potential.
