Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative with expereince upholstery, textiles, or fabric sales within the furniture industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and effectively promoting u[upholstery products. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying market opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets. * Manage assigned territory, ensuring coverage and engagement with potential clients. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to prospective customers. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts while seeking opportunities for upselling. * Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns. * Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. * Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics. Skills * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Textiles. * 2+ years of proven B2B sales or marketing experience in retail or specialty products with a focus on upholstery/textiles or luxury home goods. * Strong understanding of market dynamics and sales management principles. * Proven experience in territory management and account management. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, etc). * Proficiency in conducting product demos that engage potential customers. * Technical sales knowledge is a plus, enabling effective communication of product specifications. * Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships. * Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail. * Mus be able to lift fabric and upholstery samples cases weighing up to 70lbs. * Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.
