Are you determined to help buyers find the home of their dreams? We're looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic buyer's agent to join our team. You'll act as the buyer's main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. The salary stated in the ad is an estimation of how much your potential sales commission would be. The Company does not pay a base salary to independent contractors. Responsibilities: * Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale * Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market * Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget * Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction * Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home Qualifications: Licensed or willingness to pursue a Real Estate License Valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $95,474.00 - $120,573.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Professional development assistance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * Sales: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: * Real Estate License (Required) Work Location: In person
